Human Resources Department has been positioned in the organization so that it reports directly to the Executive Committee Member responsible for Support Systems. Human Resources has a centralized mode of operation. In the regions, this function is carried out by the regional managers, sharing information with the headquarters.
The main objective of Human Resources systems is to add the qualified individuals into the structure of Sağlık Group and to ensure their permanent attendance to the system.
